Thermal Systems & Product Development
We provide mechanical product design and thermal engineering support for equipment used in building energy systems — including heat pump and hydronic system assemblies, heat exchanger thermal analysis, and CFD and heat transfer simulation, backed by 3D CAD modeling in SolidWorks. From concept through detailed documentation, our team helps validate designs, resolve thermal and fluid-flow challenges, and optimize equipment before it's handed off for manufacturing. This service is available as a standalone engineering scope or integrated with our other disciplines on larger projects.

Scope of Services
Our Thermal Systems & Product Development work covers engineering design, analysis, and documentation — calculations, CFD and thermal simulation, 3D CAD modeling, and fabrication-ready drawings. Physical manufacturing, laboratory testing, and prototype fabrication are not part of our in-house services.

Heat Pump & Hydronic System Skid — 3D Design & Visualization
SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling and mechanical design of a packaged heat pump and hydronic system skid, brought to life with photorealistic Blender renders and an interactive 360° walkaround video.

Data Center CFD Analysis — Airflow & Thermal Management Simulation
A CFD study evaluating airflow distribution and thermal performance across a data center's cold-aisle containment, power room, and server rack enclosures using ANSYS Fluent.

Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger Thermal & Flow Analysis
A CFD-based thermal and flow analysis of a shell-and-tube exhaust-gas/water heat exchanger — quantifying pressure drop and heat-transfer performance from ANSYS Fluent simulation results and checking them against the design target.
